Job Description
Responsibilities
- Supervise the loading and off-loading of aircraft in a safe and efficient manner
- Control and utilize manpower through planning and organizing
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
- Establish relationships with local airport officials
- Supervise flight delays and cancellations and communicate with Flight Operations
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in ramp operations management
- Strong knowledge of aircraft loading/off-loading procedures
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Proficiency in weight and balance calculations
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
