Job SummaryResponsible for following established procedures in ordering, receiving, storing, distributing and payment of items.
Formulates an approved vendors list encompassing all categories.Candidate ProfileEducation and Experience: 4‐year bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or related major, or a minimum of 2 years' experience in Purchasing or a related field.Core Work ActivitiesGenerate and provide accurate and timely reports, presentations, and other documentation.Compile, code, categorize, calculate, tabulate, audit, or verify information or data.Assure sanitation compliance and maintain sanitation and safety standards as specified in brand guidelines.Assist Executive Chef in purchasing activities for Food, Beverage, and Controllable items to ensure quality and profitability.Order all food and beverage items based on business needs and maintain/ lower budgeted food/controllable costs.Delegate and enforce first‐in, first‐out inventory rotation for all storeroom prod...
