Key Responsibilities
1. Provident Fund TrustManagement
·Manage the end-to-end administration of the
Company’s Exempted Provident Fund (PF) Trust.
·Oversee PF contributions, withdrawals, advances,
transfers, settlements, and interest crediting.
·Maintain accurate member records,
reconciliations, balances, and statutory documentation.
·Ensure compliance with the EPF & MP Act,
1952, related schemes, and applicable regulations.
·Liaise with EPFO and statutory authorities on
inspections, approvals, exemptions, and regulatory matters.
·Track regulatory changes and implement necessary
process, system, and documentation updates.
2. Pension & Retirement
Benefits Administration
·Administer matters relating to the Employees’
Pension Scheme (EPS), including member support, documentation, and compliance.
