Position Summary
Reporting to the Assistant General Manager, this position is responsible for optimizing product flow through the DC, resulting in timely, accurate store fulfillment. Utilizing an in depth knowledge of all processes, technologies and systems, this role provides timely direction to functional leads to meet production KPIs on a day to day basis in receiving, order-filling and shipping and contributes to development of strategic operational plans to increase the overall capacity & efficiency of the DC. Oversees all daily work activities to ensure customer quality, productivity, service and delivery commitments are met.
What you’ll do
- On a daily basis, plans and schedules production to ensure they are carried out in a productive, safe, and cost-efficient manner. This role interacts frequently (multiple times per shift) with the onsite Production Support team and Team Leaders to ensure optimal efficiency, flow and throughput.
