Job Description
Summary
Clio is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead procurement delivery across multiple key categories, supporting the build out of a scalable, data‑driven procurement function. The role combines category ownership, stakeholder partnership and operational leadership within a rapidly evolving procurement model. Candidates should be based out of one of our hub locations (Burnaby, Toronto or Calgary) and are expected to work in the office at least twice a week.
This role is a backfill for an existing position.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end sourcing across all categories (e.g., SaaS, IT, Professional Services), including developing and executing category strategies aligned to business priorities.
- Manage sourcing pipeline, track upcoming renewals, initiatives and cost‑saving opportunities to deliver measurable value through cost savings and avoidance, supported by clear reporting and KPIs.
