Job Description
- Lead the Planning, Reliability, and Maintenance Support functions to improve plant availability, shutdown performance, maintenance service quality, equipment reliability, and safe work execution.
- Lead and govern plant shutdown planning, including scope collection, schedule preparation, job readiness review, resource coordination, shutdown execution monitoring, delay tracking, post-mortem review, and carry-forward action follow-up.
- Develop and standardize shutdown planning workflows, including planner responsibilities, planning timelines, coordination meeting structure, shutdown checklist format, reporting format, and shutdown performance tracking.
- Lead shutdown post-mortem governance by reviewing planned versus actual shutdown performance, identifying delay causes, assigning corrective actions, and tracking repeated issues until closure.
