The Role
The Human Resources Generalist (HRG) supports various HR functions, including onboarding, HR administration, employee relations, performance management, training and development, payroll and benefits administration, HR compliance and offboarding. HRG provides guidance and support on all HR related matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate onboarding process, handle all administrative tasks including preparation of job descriptions, contractual terms and conditions of employment, new-hire orientations, including data entry in HRIS and audits for accuracy and compliance with labor laws and employment legislation.
