About the Role

We are looking for a candidate who can deliver high‑quality, consistent HR operational support to employees and managers by acting as the first point of contact for HR inquiries and HR WD transactions.

Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant processing of employee lifecycle events within Workday and payroll‑related processes. Maintain strong data integrity across HR systems through proactive monitoring, validation, and issue resolution.

Improve employee experience by providing clear guidance, self‑service enablement, and up‑to‑date HR knowledge content. Support continuous improvement of HR processes through issue trend analysis, automation initiatives, and collaboration with HRIS and policy teams.
