Manager, People Systems
The opportunity
The Manager, People Systems is accountable for the prioritization, enablement and ongoing support for key People & Culture (P&C) systems, ensuring solutions are fit-for-purpose, well governed, and aligned to P&C priorities.
Who you'll work with
You will partner closely across P&C and the Technology Division to ensure we have the systems in place to deliver on the People & Culture mandate.
What you'll do
Own and continuously improve assigned P&C business processes end-to-end (intake through resolution), including clear decision rights, standard work, controls, and documentation; ensure processes are scalable, auditable, and employee/leader centric.
