Job Summary

The Manager, Payroll will lead payroll operations across CHEO, CHEO Research Institute and Roger Neilson Children’s Hospice. Reporting to the Deputy Chief Financial Officer, the Manager will provide strategic and operational leadership for payroll services supporting both unionized and non‑unionized employees. The role requires precision, service, compliance and partnership in a complex, fast‑paced healthcare environment.
