To lead the OPSS function within the Area, ensuring strong operational data governance, performance analytics, supplier management oversight, and effective cross-functional coordination. The role supports accurate master data maintenance, management reporting, cost control performance, and data‑driven insights to improve cost efficiency, supplier performance, and operational decision‑making.

Main Tasks

• Lead and develop the OPSS team, ensuring clear priorities, effective execution, and strong support to the Operations function.
• Manage workload planning, task allocation, and coverage models to ensure service continuity, operational resilience, and balanced capacity.
• Drive continuous improvement in OPSS processes, data quality, reporting efficiency, and automation.
