Take on a pivotal role as the Manager of Transactional Services at Interpro Pipe & Steel Inc., leading the accounts payable and receivable teams in a dynamic environment. Leverage your critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to drive efficiency and accuracy every day.
As a key member of the Transactional Services Team, you'll manage daily operations supporting Canadian operations. This leadership role reports directly to the Director of Transactional Services and Credit. You will guide invoicing processes, tackle vendor inquiries, and ensure timely responses to client queries, all while cultivating effective relationships within a growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable teams
• Ensure accurate and timely sales invoicing
• Resolve vendor and invoicing inquiries effectively
• Conduct month-end tasks like journal entries
• Assist with corporate projects and training needs
