Take charge as a Snowmaking Manager with Northland Properties and lead a team to create exceptional snow conditions for our guests. You will collaborate closely with mountain operations while maintaining critical equipment and ensuring compliance with regulations. Set snow production goals and manage system performance to exceed operational targets
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop seasonal snowmaking strategies for terrain openings
• Direct and monitor snowmaking equipment effectiveness
• Coordinate operations with multiple departments
• Manage maintenance of all snowmaking systems
• Implement wildfire safety and preparedness training

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in snowmaking operations
