This role is essential in providing immediate operational stability, strengthening leadership capability, and driving performance across safety, quality, productivity, and financial outcomes. The successful candidate will bring strong operational leadership experience and a proven ability to develop teams, implement structure, and execute on business priorities in a manufacturing environment while supporting our mission and values.
