Enhance long-term healthcare quality as the Manager of Infection Control Programs at Extendicare. Oversee compliance and education while implementing effective IPAC strategies.
Reporting to the Executive Director, you will lead the Infection Control initiatives, ensuring that the home meets legislative requirements. Your role encompasses promoting staff engagement and resident satisfaction through effective training and quality monitoring. This full-time position is critical for maintaining a safe and compliant environment for all residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver training and educational resources to staff
• Analyze IPAC data and conduct audits
