JDC is seeking a Manager of Controls & Transformation to join our FSU (Former Soviet Union) Change Initiative team. This is a senior, strategic role designed for a professional who views compliance not just as a set of rules, but as a foundation for trust, transparency, and sustainable impact.
In this pivotal role, you will build a new internal controls and quality assurance unit from the ground up. You will be responsible for designing and implementing frameworks that safeguard our resources and mission across a diverse network of local partners operating in complex, constrained environments.
