Job Description
The role is responsible for overseeing the monitoring and maintenance of navigational aids within Dubai waters. This role involves ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the monitoring and maintenance of navigational aids within Dubai waters, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards.
- Manage critical safety information to promptly issue navigational warnings.
- Liaise with Hydrographic Offices, including the UK Office, to provide essential nautical information.
- Update nautical charts and publications, supporting both commercial and leisure maritime activities.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and safety of navigational services.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the Navigational Services team, ensuring high performance and compliance with regulations.
- Prepare and present reports on navigational activities and incidents to senior management.
