Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Lead strategic sourcing initiatives across MRO and services categories.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, engineering, and finance.
- Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships for long-term value creation.
- Analyze market trends and supplier capabilities to identify sourcing opportunities.
- Manage RFQs, RFPs, and supplier evaluations.
- Lead governance meetings focusing on savings, escalation management, and sourcing projects.
- Conduct plant visits and stakeholder engagements.
- Handle escalations and maintain strong client relationships.
- Identify and implement transformational sourcing opportunities aligned with business goals.
