Benchmark Incentive & Leisure Travels is looking for a Manager – MICE Operations to lead the end-to-end execution of our MICE projects — from post-sale handover to final client sign-off.
What we need:
✅ 7–10 years of experience, specifically in MICE Operations/— this is non-negotiable, we can only consider candidates with hands-on industry experience
✅ At least 2-3 years in a team leadership/managerial capacity
✅ Proven experience independently handling both domestic and international MICE projects
✅ Strong grip on global vendor negotiation, hotel contracting, visa logistics, and group air ticketing
✅ Comfortable with on-site crisis management and senior client-facing interactions
