Industrial Engineer, LAE or similar. Advanced English.
Responsibilities
- CI logistics savings initiatives and route improvements using TUMS (Trailer Utilization Management System) & TI freight payment data to reduce inbound MX freight – $500K annual savings targets leveraging mode optimization, packaging improvements & rate savings.
- MX Plant Inbound freight management (current & new programs) expert.
- New Program Launch support for pre-production, nonproduction & packaging shipments.
- CI Strategy – continue to implement MX freight consolidation for Intra MX shipments to YF MX/US/CA plants & MX Tier 1 shipments to US/CA YF Plants, including new and existing suppliers to eliminate light, infrequent direct trucks and pool & consolidate common vendors with daily milkruns, sharing freight to our Laredo cross dock.
