Manager, Marketing Operations
Temporary position up to 12 months on the Marketing and Customer Experience team. Reports to the Head of Marketing & Customer Experience.
What You Will Do
Manage stakeholder requests for customer communication campaigns, internal and external marketing initiatives, social media, creative design, events, and operational support across the TTC. Establish and maintain efficient marketing processes and operational discipline to enhance productivity and maintain consistent quality of the department’s deliverables.
Research, develop, implement, and continuously improve processes and quality assurance measures to meet client expectations and internal standards. Collaborate with Information Technology and Procurement to implement integrated software solutions for request management and work tracking.
