Summary
The Manager, Manufacturing Process Engineering is a high-visibility leadership role responsible for ensuring the stability and efficiency of PCBA manufacturing lines. The role includes leading and managing the design, development, deployment, and optimization of manufacturing processes to achieve quality, cost, and delivery goals for Celestica and its customers.
Detailed Description
- Coordinate with floor supervisors to identify manufacturing issues and deploy technical resources to minimize equipment downtime.
- Participate in daily status meetings to synchronize engineering priorities with factory production goals and volume targets.
- Direct and mentor a team of Process Engineers and student interns, managing performance and professional development.
