The Opportunity

We are looking for a Manager Manufacturing Engineering and Maintenance to lead and develop engineering and maintenance activities across our factory in Smedjebacken. In this role, you will ensure that manufacturing processes, equipment, and technical capabilities meet current and future business needs.

You will drive reliability, efficiency, and performance of production equipment while fostering continuous improvement and supporting operational excellence. Safety, quality, and sustainability will be key priorities across all sites and projects.
