Theberge Group of Companies is one of Ottawa's established multi-residential developers and property management companies, with a growing portfolio of approximately 1,300 units across the city — expanding to 1,600+ units by summer 2027 with two major new-build lease-ups entering occupancy.
We’re looking for a Manager, Maintenance and Operations to lead building maintenance and physical operations across our entire residential portfolio. This is a new leadership role created to bring portfolio-wide consistency, technical depth, and disciplined execution to how our buildings are maintained, turned, and brought online.
Reporting directly to the Vice President of Property Management, you are the company’s subject-matter expert on building systems and equipment — HVAC and heat-pump systems, plumbing, electrical, life-safety, building envelope, elevators, and mechanical infrastructure.
