Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Executive to support the organization's legal and compliance functions. The role involves drafting and reviewing contracts, providing legal advice, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing litigation, and coordinating with internal stakeholders and external counsel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, negotiate, and manage various legal agreements, including vendor contracts, customer agreements, NDAs, leases, and service contracts.
