Job Purpose Provide legal guidance and support for private and public fund-raising initiatives , including debt and equity transactions. Oversee mergers, acquisitions, divestments , and related legal matters. Facilitate deal execution by ensuring regulatory compliance and efficient transaction management . Organisation Chart Reports to Head – Corporate Legal . Key Accountabilities & Performance Indicators Legal Guidance & Advisory Provide legal oversight on: Equity capital market transactions (IPO, QIP, Rights Issue, OFS). Mergers & Acquisitions . Private Equity investments . Divestments by GMR Group . Exhibit sound negotiation skills , advising business teams on transaction-related legal issues .
