Job Description
The initial focus will be on skill development for all Sales, Production & Logistics teams. This Would Include Design and execute orientation programs for Sales, Production & Logistic teams
Conduct onboarding training sessions for new hires
Act as a consultant to new people for challenges they have on the job
Observe how people interact with clients to identify areas of improvement
Determine training needs both for individuals and teams
Organize role-playing activities to simulate difficult client cases (e.g. how to overcome objections) Apply various sales training techniques (e.g. gamification, case studies, and group activities) Maintain updated records of training curriculum and material Additional Responsibilities Would Be Inculcate a system to facilitate continuous learning for our teams
Leverage available platforms to share content, evaluate personnel and provide ROI on training spend Develop/purchase content modules as required for functional areas other than fro...
