**POSITION PURPOSE**
Manager opportunity at Trinity Health Oakland (Pontiac) leading teams totaling 15+ FTEs of Lab Services Assistants in our Outreach and Inpatient Lab Support departments.
**REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE**
**Education**
+ Bachelor's, technical or business school degree or equivalent combination of post-secondary education and experience.
+ Three or more years of progressively more responsible experience in the laboratory
+ One year of leadership experience required
**Skills/Knowledge**
+ Interpersonal skills necessary to communicate with physicians, nursing unit staff, clients, Laboratory and Health System personnel.
+ Demonstrated organizational and analytical skills necessary to develop section procedures, and resolve problems.
