Roles and Responsibilities:
+ Negotiates with union representatives to resolve/settle claims and disciplines appealed to the Manager of Labor Relations level.
+ Manages staff in the implementation of Labor Relations policies and procedures, daily contract administration and other activities as assigned.
+ Manages the preparation of written materials for arbitration and represents Company at arbitration proceedings as the advocate.
