Job Description
The Manager, IT Program Management is a senior leader within the IT Strategy and Delivery Management (SDM) team, responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of a portfolio of complex, enterprise-scale IT programs. This role directly manages IT Program Managers and is accountable for ensuring that all programs are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to Seattle Children's strategic objectives.
Working in close partnership with the Manager, IT Portfolio Management and the Manager, IT Strategy and Delivery, the Manager, IT Program Management ensures that programs receiving governance approval are resourced, planned, and executed effectively. This role translates portfolio-level priorities and demand/capacity decisions into executable program structures, ensuring that project managers have the support, guidance, and escalation pathways needed to deliver successfully.
