- Oversee daily operations of the Investment Operations team, including trade bookings, settlements, corporate actions, and reconciliations with prime brokers and counterparties.
- Support the launch of new processes and products.
- Assess and enhance the department’s control environment, identifying risks and implementing proactive measures to strengthen internal controls.
- Recommend and implement improvements to systems, workflows, responsibilities, and reporting.
