Job Description
Responsibilities
- Promote the development of new insurance product concepts, including lifestyle-based, multicultural, and condition-specific health plans
- Translate high-level strategy into early-stage designs, value propositions, and actionable use cases
- Identify market opportunities based on member needs, health disparities, and emerging trends
- Support the design of culturally-aligned and population-specific offerings to improve engagement and outcomes
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform innovation priorities and business case inputs
- Partner cross-functionally with product design, clinical, network, actuarial, and growth teams
- Support the execution of pilots and early-stage programs, tracking performance and gathering insights to recommend refinements or pivots
