As Manager, Insights Analysis and Enablement, you will design how we track, validate, and use operational data at scale. You will lead a team of analysts, partner with Product and Technology leaders, and ensure our data drives real business outcomes—not just reports. This role is for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys solving ambiguous problems, and leads with both technical depth and strategic thinking.

What You Will Do:

• Lead Data Strategy and Governance
• Design and standardise frameworks for launch tracking, data validation, and reporting across teams
• Build and enforce data quality standards to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Develop scalable analytics infrastructure using tools such as Tableau and Databricks
