We help our clients solve complex challenges and strengthen New Zealand’s prosperity. The Infrastructure Deal Advisory team supports clients with high‑value strategic and financial decisions in the context of infrastructure and large‑scale capital investment.
Our Auckland team is looking for exceptional candidates at the Manager level.
Responsibilities
- Provide in-depth advice on the strategic, economic, financial, and commercial issues driving infrastructure and large‑scale capital investment initiatives.
- Develop investment proposals, funding and financing solutions, financial models, and commercial structuring.
- Negotiate commercial terms and lead the procurement and transaction execution.
