This is a fast-track opportunity to grow into an Assistant Manager role in as little as 60 days—no prior management experience required!
What You’ll Learn: As a Manager in Training, you’ll gain hands-on experience in all aspects of restaurant operations, including preparing fast, accurate sandwiches with world-class customer service, running clean and efficient shifts, understanding store-level profitability metrics, and leading with a positive, can-do attitude.
