Role Purpose Statement: As the Manager, HR Transformation Project Management, you will be a highly motivated and strategically-minded professional responsible for leading complex HR transformation initiatives. Reporting directly to the HR PMO, this role is critical in driving the planning, execution, and comprehensive oversight of strategic HR initiatives, programs, and projects across our Centers of Excellence (COEs), including Total Rewards, HR Operations, Talent Management, and Talent Acquisition. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and advancing our ongoing organizational transformation, ensuring projects are not only delivered on time, within scope, and budget, but also consistently align with overarching strategic goals and deliver measurable business value. This position requires a leader who can navigate ambiguity, influence at all levels, and champion best practices in project and program management.
