What the role is:

Lead the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) Band's human capital, administrative, and public communication functions to ensure effective staffing, capability development, operational support, and organisational readiness.

What you will be working on:

• Manage Human Resource (HR) matters and administration for the unit
• Develop the publicity and communication strategy to strengthen public outreach
• Manage SAF Band's public-facing channels and platforms
• Manage front-of-house operations and VIP arrangements for SAF Band concert performances
• Lead monthly meetings on administrative and manpower matters
• Provide operational support for the SAF Band's local and overseas deployments

Challenge(s)

• Managing the SAF Band's specialised talent pipeline across diverse populations, while ensuring high standards of governance, administration, and public communications
