Manage day-to-day administration of numerous contractors and outsourced service providers.Oversee contractor onboarding, contract creation, renewals, amendments, extensions, and terminations.Maintain an up-to-date repository of all contracts, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.Monitor contractor performance against service levels, KPIs, and contractual commitments.Act as the primary point of contact for contractor queries and escalations.
