Durbanville Child and Youth Care Centre (Closing date: 23 July 2026)
Durbanville Child and Youth Care Centre is a dynamic programme of Badisa and is looking for a visionary, passionate and experienced Manager to join the team. The main objective of this position is to lead the centre through purposeful planning, coordination and management in order to create a safe, professional and nurturing haven for traumatised children.
- A relevant B degree or postgraduate qualification in Social Work, Child and Youth Care, or a relevant social science. An additional management qualification is highly recommended.
- At least five (5) years’ proven management experience at a senior level, preferably in the sector for Non-profit Organisations or at a residential child and youth care facility.
- Financial literacy and practical experience with the preparation and management of budgets, as well as the monitoring of expenditure and assets.
