Location: Madrid, Spain
This role supports the Health Care Compliance activities in Spain, providing end-to-end strategic and operational compliance leadership for the Johnson & Johnson MedTech business. The manager partners closely with country and regional leadership, Legal, business/functional stakeholders, and regional/global Compliance teams to ensure ethical business conduct, effective risk management, and adherence to healthcare laws, regulations, and company policies.
Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary Health Care Compliance Officer for the markets.
Lead the development and execution of Health Care Compliance strategies aligned with global and regional priorities.
Identify, assess, and manage compliance risks related to commercial, promotional, professional education, and other functions and operational activities.
