In this role you will:
  • Lead and drive a customer-focused culture throughout their team to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge.
  • Culture/Team Environment – Contribute to an environment in which the team works together to produce creative and value-added strategic analysis while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls.

  • Management Reporting – Design, renovate, and coordinate management reporting, and develop and maintain management metrics for GTB. Develop and maintain procedures for management reporting.
