We are seeking a highly technical, meticulous, and leadership-driven Manager, Group Reporting to lead our group consolidation and financial reporting function. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of the Group’s consolidated financial statements and external reporting requirements. The successful candidate will oversee the closing process, ensure strict adherence to accounting standards (e.g., SFRS(I) / IFRS) and statutory regulations, and act as a key liaison for external auditors, senior management, and regulatory bodies. Lead and oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual group financial consolidation process across all business units and subsidiaries.
Drive the preparation and timely submission of the Group’s external financial reports, including SGX announcements, annual reports, and other statutory filings.
