The CBA Group Chief Privacy Officer (CPO) is supported by a small team of highly skilled privacy professionals to set and maintain the Group’s Privacy risk management framework and oversee the effectiveness of, and compliance with, this framework. This includes understanding how the Privacy framework interacts with the Group’s other risk management and compliance frameworks, the ownership and maintenance of Group-wide controls, the management of regulatory change following legislative reform, as well as regulatory interactions and breach reporting, and the provision of privacy advice.
