Job Summary

Lead and manage IT programs/projects from preparation through execution and closure by adhering to DKSH Group IT Project Methodology. Track and control key project metrics including scope, timeline, cost, and quality to meet or exceed business expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and deliver projects using Waterfall, Agile/Scrum, or Hybrid methodologies.
• Prepare and plan projects across scope, timeline, cost, and quality dimensions, and obtain necessary approvals to commence project execution.
• Develop and complete mandatory project documentation, including:
  • Business Case
  • Project Charter
  • Project Plan
  • Test Plan
  • Lessons Learned Documentation
  • Other required project artifacts
