Structural Integrity Associates, Inc. (SIA) has an immediate need for a Manager, Fracture Mechanics for our Nuclear Analytical Services team.
The Manager will serve as a key member of the Nuclear Business Unit leadership team and will be responsible for providing technical oversight, staff leadership, project management, and staff development for the Fracture Mechanics team within Nuclear Analytical Services.
The role requires experience managing a technical product line, including P&L ownership and budgeting responsibility, as well as strong expertise in probabilistic and deterministic fracture mechanics.
Technical focus areas also include crack growth evaluations, Leak‑Before‑Break, flaw tolerance methods, flaw handbook development, stress analyses using Finite Element Modeling, and working knowledge of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, Section III and Section XI.
