Inclusion West Niagara is currently looking for a Supported Group Living Manager to manage daily operations across two locations, with future growth opportunities. This position emphasizes strong mentorship, compliance with service standards, and the delivery of evidence-based support, positively impacting clients and staff alike.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead operations of Supported Group Living programs
• Develop supportive relationships with community partners
• Mentor staff on best practices and behavioural frameworks
• Facilitate program compliance and staff training
• Analyze service data for continuous improvement
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in a relevant discipline or equivalent
• Minimum of five years management experience in Developmental Services
