Join Ivey Business School as the Manager for the Accelerator Program, leading entrepreneurial initiatives and enhancing participant experiences. Engage with start-ups and foster innovative solutions.
This role encompasses managing daily operations of the Accelerator while strategically advising start-ups to address their unique challenges. You’ll create impactful curriculum and lead mentorship initiatives, all while working to strengthen Ivey’s entrepreneurial ecosystem and corporate sponsorships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee operations and mentor start-up companies
• Create curriculum for program intakes and events
• Engage with the local entrepreneurship community
• Maintain budgets and stakeholder engagement

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or similar field
• At least 5 years in client management roles
