Position Overview
The Manager, Fixed Wireless New Technology & Performance leads the team responsible for optimizing network performance and driving the safe, effective introduction of new technology across Xplore's Fixed Wireless network. This leader owns RF and cluster-level optimization, spectral efficiency, feature and software release readiness, and performance analytics — ensuring new capabilities are validated and proven before they are handed to the DevOps team for automated deployment.
