Position OverviewThe Manager, Facilities – De Havilland Field is responsible for the design, readiness, and ongoing operation of site-wide facilities, infrastructure, and services for De Havilland Aircraft of Canada's new aerospace campus in Strathmore, Alberta. This role supports the facility from design development to commissioning, and transitions into full responsibility for facilities management and site services. The position will evolve into the lead role for Facilities at De Havilland Field, responsible for building the function and ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective site operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport facility design, infrastructure, and utilities planning during development and construction
Establish facilities management processes, service models, and vendor strategies
Lead all site services, including food services, cleaning, waste management, and grounds maintenance
