Manager, Enterprise Safety
The Manager, Enterprise Safety is accountable for leading all aspects of ENMAX’s safety functions, including day-to‑day support to business units, ongoing stewardship of ENMAX’s safety management system, and enabling ENMAX’s continual evolution of our proactive and learning focused culture. This role leads ENMAX’s modern, learning‑centered safety strategy, grounded in Human and Organizational Performance (HOP), Safety Classification and Learning (SCL), a high‑energy and serious‑injury‑and‑fatality (SIF) prevention focus, and proactive frontline engagement.
